A good example
I was watching an episode of Saturday Night Live in cable when, at the farewell part of the program, the host bids farewell to the televiewers and caps it by saying “May your God bless you…” I think this is a good example of religious tolerance and sensitivity to the faiths of other people. It’s such a generic and harmless remark, yet it struck me as being the kindest and most considerate of all goodbyes I’ve ever heard on TV.
I had to put the picture with Will Ferrell on it because he was the guest of this particular episode.
