Following the White Rabbit into Fantasy Dining
It doesn’t hurt to treat yourself to a truly memorable dining experience. So when in Singapore, may I humbly suggest that you try dining at the White Rabbit at the Dempsey area. This old church turned restaurant has wowed many a diner for their wonderful dishes at prices that are not as expensive as most restaurants in the same area.
They maintained the church-like appearance on the outside, judging from the pictures above. Harding Road is very quiet, green and conducive to family dinners or just an intimate dinner with a loved one. The menu should tell you that there’s nothing to be scared of.
Please excuse the size of the font. You can enlarge it from your browser, I believe. A better view of the menu can be seen here.
The interior is very simple and elegant, reflective of the overall philosophy of the restaurant owners: to keep everything simple and straightforward. One look and you’ll know that service is their middle name.
I had a drink called “What’s Up Doc?” It has carrot juice and ginger in the most exquisite blend I have ever tried. I hate ginger in drinks but this one takes the cake. Really.
Oh, this one’s just plain unsalted butter. I just liked the way it was plated and served.
And I’m sure you want to see the food pics, right? Here’s more food porn for you. Enjoy.
So where is this White Rabbit restaurant, you say? Check out the picture below.
