what a mouth-watering post! congratulations for winning! i simply can’t wait to try this on my own but i’m afraid i’m not that into cooking. anyway, about the secret ingredient, I agree with your choice of century tuna. imagine a quesadilla with less fatty ingredients, heaven, isn’t it?

it looks fantastic. you could see the cheese melting in the fourth photo. sarap sarap. i tried century corned tuna with diced bread stuffing and lots of cheese. winner eh. but flour tortilla, this is definitely a must-try. hope to try this one soon.
