hi!isa rn po aq s inu!nagsign po aq nung policy feb 2,,peo bgo p pinirmahan nung relations officer db tatanungin k if ur happy..sbi q nde,kc i really need to consult my mom first before entering such thing..antanga q nman napirmahan q n lhat..but then ndi pinirmahan nung officer kc nga ndi aq happy,she crossed out the policy contract in front of me, asked me to write a simple letter of cancellation which i did right away..she signed it and gave me a copy indicating VOID transaction…she also gave me a copy of the receipt and told me my money will be refunded 30-45 days..sna nga….i’m still waiting till now..hopin n sna mblik nga…tingin niu po ibabalik tlga un???wla po aqng documents n hawak liban dun s copy of cancellation letter and receipt..need some advise pls????

What is the best way to recover my money Ph145,000. They continue to ignore my severalrequests for a refund as they violated my card details. My bank replaced my card as a result of 3 unauthorised debits from unknown individuals or entities. I knew it was them because I only used my card once in Manila. I have written to the Insurance regulators in Manila who asked them to respond but to this date I have not heard from them as well. I am happy to pay someone who help me recover my money.
