Kungfu Kitchen: Foodie delights at SM Ma...

They call it “Feasts of Fury” and furiously good are the eats in this restaurant. It is part of the same chain of restaurants owned by actor/entrepreneur Marvin Agustin. Personally, I like the food in this restaurant. I like the prices even more. For those who frequent SM Manila, this restaurant is a welcome respite from the usual salty and greasy Chinese fast food that we have come to know. There is more to the KFK (Kungfu Kitchen) than just the savory flavors of authentic Cantonese cooking. Here you will find the marriage of affordability with high quality...

Mien San: Where to go for Beef Noodle So...

A co-worker claimed that she already told me about this place and that I was just not listening. I disagreed because this place whips up the best beef and tendon noodle soup in the land. Bar none, so far. This place seems to serve the traditional Taiwanese beef noodle soup which has tendons, innards and two kinds of soup. I love the tendon. It is so tender and soft you’d forget it’s not meat! Mien San has been lauded by several foodies for the longest time. I’ve read raves going back to as far as 2000. Some bloggers have already reported of this restaurant’s good...

In 2010, get ready for their okiam chicken! Chicken that is so good, it can actually rival Sincerity Chicken. Ling Nam recently unveiled their latest branch in Shopwise Commonwealth Ave.  So what makes Ling Nam different from other Chinese fast food restaurants?...

Classic Savory’s New Bites for 200...

However, because my finances have been “irreparably scarred” because of Christmas (he, he, he) I will probably dine at relatively cheaper places. Hotel buffets will have to take the back seat. But because I love good food, I will strive to dine at restaurants that will give me value for my peso. Lucky me, Savory to the rescue! Everybody loves chicken, including myself, and I...
