Bloggers let their hair down as they partied with Coke Zero at the Mall of Asia last Friday, July 27. It was great to see the old faces again, as well as meet some new bloggers. There were games that made us all laugh at ourselves silly, and of course, Kel entertained the bloggers with his outstanding and death-defying feats of magic. Well, I speak for myself because I am always fascinated with this guy.
The launch of the Little Losers tees by clothing company David & Goliath has turned out to be a laugh-out-loud, raunchy and side-splitting event indeed! Gabe Mercado hosted the program, along with the other members of SPIT (silly person’s improv theater). This was one event where they gave prizes to the losers in the crowd. Special mention were the ones who won for being the first to get food from the buffet table and the guy who claimed was wearing green underwear. Even if I were, I would never admit it in public, especially with my boss and co-workers being part of the crowd. (I wasn’t, really!)
David & Goliath (more than the bible story about the underdog with a sling) is a clothing company that sells comfortably soft cotton t-shirts with funny designs and quotes. It is very popular with teens and young adults in the US and now these t-shirts are available in David & Goliath’s Metro Manila stores.
I will go and visit one of their stores really soon. I love their shirts about losers and also that T-shirt that says “bloggers suck!” Not only are these shirts comfortable, they’re also funny.
