I have tasted all kinds of chicharon (fried pork rinds), but I must say that Pat & Kat Pork Chicharon deserves more than just the usual word of mouth promotion. This chicharon deserves to have its own half-pager newspaper ad, at the very least. For me, this chicharon is my current favorite and I will tell you why; Pat and Kat Pork Chicharon is denture-friendly. Even if you leave it out in the open for a few hours, it will not lose it’s crunchy texture. I am so loving it!
