I once had the lovely experience of visiting the very posh and exclusive Ayala West Grove Heights in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.  The place is definitely for those who appreciate good service, rolling hills and exclusive communes; more so for those who can afford it. Well-manicured lawns, ponds that are teeming with fish and a 24-hour security surveillance groups looking after your home whether you’re there or not. That’s Chef Laudico speaking to a small group of food enthusiasts. Thanks to Orbit Gum, I was able to have a sample of the great food at Bistro Filipino. I did ask the good chef if I could dine at his restaurant if I only had P500 (US$10) to which he answered with an emphatic “yes!” The first of the three appetizers.
